Ownership is secured in six week allocations (1/8th) with "weeks" beginning on a Thursday and tradable with other owners on your ledger. Your management company holds 4 weeks for the "angles share."
MyShare.nyc is currently part of a serial LLC with each property set to be owned in its own LLC by 8 or less entities. The Digital Captable for Myshare.nyc is maintained on a distributed ledger that is tokenized when all shares for these first 2 assets are sold. The economics of good ownership will be very rewarding (using these tokens!)
Examples: Perhaps the value of the week you are offering to trade is greater than the off-season week you are accepting in return? Or maybe you would like a few extra days from one of your partners coming in the following week; that's what our "owners tokens" are for.
Our tokens are digital assets and represent ownership in the management company. As the platform grows, and the supporting entity becomes more valuable, the underlying value of our currency should reflect that success.
Partners will have the cell number for our cleaning people and repair crew because you own the place, but the bills are shared by all of us!
Our assets will be shared with like-minded people with similar schedule flexibility. Whether you seek waterfront sunsets with 5 bedrooms with lots of water-toys close to Manhattan or Caribbean sunsets on board a classic sailing yacht wth 4 bedrooms and a captain. Your time (and money) is better spent with us.
